Sorry for the delayed response.
I
had a site in the Top 10 of
Google. Unfortunately, while I was in the hospital for a couple of months the Jagger update occurred and that site (as well as all of my sites) fell from grace due to neglect.
The other sites are all individual Agent sites (as is yours) and are optimized for KW phases other than “
Las Vegas Real Estate”. In a perfect world there would be only one agent per agency (me LOL) but with 6 -8 thousand new residents moving to Las Vegas monthly something tells me that a few clients would go unattended.
The REMAX Agents that I work for are as competitive as you are with each other. Fortunately, they all have different goals and also realize they can not rank for all 10 top positions in all 3 major search engines.
I see that
MSN has made some major changes while I was away. My preliminary observation is that while I am not ranking as well as I would like the results look fairly relevant.
I do see congratulations are in order Tony as you are moving upward in the search engines.
