I dont want to sound simple but we are looking for agents that are not afraid to work. A quick funny story. We had an agent that was referred to us who hadnt closed a deal in over a year and was about to leave the business.

We gave this agent a position and within 2 weeks this agent had 4 deals that was going to close. She came to us shortly thereafter and told us she was going to leave us. We ask WHY? She responded and said that she didnt want to work this hard. Those deals would have been over 25k to her with more coming her way.

A lot of agents get in to this business and believe they are just going to sit behind a desk and make a killing. As we all know it just doesnt work that way.

Those of us that make a very good living in this profession know that it takes a lot of hard work and time. Its not just a 9 to 5 job. Our families sometimes get put behind our clients, sometimes holidays get put off and we work very long hours.

With that being said we are wanting agents that are not scared to work and will follow some of the good advice we give to them to help them make more money and better organize their time. When they make more we make more and everyone is happy.

Our new site that will soon be released not to brag but will be on the same level as realtor dot com. I personally have never seen a company or agent site that will be this user friendly, several very nice custom consumer tools and a ton of very useful information for our prospects and clients.

We have one of the best Seo firms in the world working for us ( costing an arm and a leg) and we believe that this new site will have top rankings for several major keywords. With our calculations we should generate over 20,000 leads per month or more with top 5 rankings in all 3 major search engines.

We have a very sound business model and are in the process of creating a very good management structure and team. Agents need to do what they do best and that is sell. The more time you spend on paperwork takes time away from what you do best.

We have a very good streamline system in place that will allow our agents to close more deals and spend more time with their clients than messing with a lot of extra paperwork.
