Ok Folks,
How many of you have shown numerous properties only to have the buyers all confused by the end of the day!
I have used a system that seems to work Extremely well and wanted to Share it!
When showing the properties always provide the buyers with the Client Reports on the property!
1. I suggest that they list all the Pro's & Con's on each property on the Client Reports! (Big Kitchen, Kitchen too Small etc.)
2. I suggest that they make a note as to something that will help them to remember that specific property! (Like Beautiful Master, Large Great Room etc.)
3. I also suggest they give a rating on each Property when leaving on a scale of 1-10 with 10 being the BEST!
4. At the end of the Tour I have the decision makers give me their favorites!

This really seems to help in the closing process and gets everyone on the same page! You should be able to write the contract in one to two days!
