I notice that they are framed, which is a turn-off to alot of webmasters who are otherwise willing to exchange. I am pretty sure that AA now offers an option of making those pages static (non-framed). That may help you to attract more link partners. Also, you may want to limit the number of partners on each page. Some recommend less than 30/page, some 50/page, but when you start to hit three digits it can be detrimental. Best of luck with the site.

Thank you for the constructive comments. I have been thinking of reducing the number of links per page to 50 or less. Most suggestions that I am receiving are talking about 20 per page.
The link pages that I use for real estate sites are non-framed pages. You have to look at relocation and real estate directory link on the home page - I probably should remove the button in the left nav bar so that it does not confuse anyone. Which link did you use to get to the link pages?
I don't think any of the link pages have hit the triple digits - I am starting to add numbers in front of the links so that someone can see that I am limiting the number of links per page.
