#3 – If it is NOT required by state regulation and the Buyer does NOT want a termite inspection or a structural inspection have them sign a waiver stating that they were offered the opportunity and they declined.

In the Missouri Ozarks we don’t inspect for termites, we inspect for the amount of damage because we already know they are there.
