It's as free as a Summer breeze.
Just register as an Owner, click the Admin link on the Home page and you are in business.
Be aware that the MLS function isn't functional. You'll see what I'm referring to when you get there.
The FSBO page was unavailable earlier, but the problem has been resolved. (I hope. Computers are NOT our friends.)
