Sorry, I don't agree with this. To take top notch photos not only do you need experience you need the right equipment. Real estate agent are not really in a good position to get either. A good agent may get 1 new listing a week on average and will need photos. If the agent take their own photos that is 50 shoots per year. A good photography will shoot 5 to 10 or more per week. So the photographer gets has more experience than an agent. Also it is more economically feasible for the photographer to buy the better equipment, the better software and training.
