I am new in this forum actually i am a junior real estate agent in UK based real estate company.
i really like OpenRealty. It is free open source web-based real estate listing management application. i really like Its setup and use. The application is written in PHP.
now i also start my own project with openRealty...
here i interested in Dominican Republic real estate market trends. I want to now What is the current real estate market like? Are people buying condos and houses?
any information from you guys would be appreciated as there is little information available on the web.
