I just noticed this home for sale on the forum right now. I noticed no one replied.

I will be sure to get the word out to our team to see how we can in fact help out with this.

Here in Minneapolis, we are finding just some all around deals on various properties for sale on the MLS. You name it....homes for sale, condos, townhomes....with the MLS inventory level being higher, buyers are getting to pick and choose the various properties. But I should mention, many of these homes for sale are selling in multiple offer situations. Banks are pricing alot of these to move and the real estate agents and buyers are recognizing that in the pricing of these units.
