Look at investing in some cash flowing real estate. For example, here in Minneapolis, there is such an outstanding buying opportunity. With so many homes for sale, townhomes for sale....you name it, buyers can get a great price. And better yet, these properties cash flow. So a person gets cashflow, tax benefits, long term appreciation, as well as principal paydown.
Have a property manager take care of it for you and away you go!
