Investing in real estate is an outstanding option, especially in this buyer's market. If we have not hit the bottom, we are surely close.
Here in Minneapolis for example, we have a ton of homes, condos, townhomes for sale on the MLS. And with rental demand at an all time high and interest rates low, cash flow is once again possible.
Long story short: investing in real estate is a great long term way to build wealth. Our team has done a large amount of investment property business over the years. And clients have found it as a great way to build again....longer term wealth and get some tax benefits during the process.
