As far as teams go, well we know the importance of what that means: Little to nothing since there is no limit to the number of agents you can have on a "team".
Here is the information to apply for the next Top 200 List for 2007 sides/volume --->

Don't take the 2007 list for 2006 transactions too seriously... I'm not going to give details but there is an individual in the top 50 that did not do the amount of closed sides in '06 as stated. (Let's put it this way, I don't think there was a brokerage in that market that did the amount of transactions this person is listed as doing.)
It could be why the 2008 application for '07 has further requirements on it different then the
2007 app. for '06.

That should have been required on the previous application for credibility issues.
