Folks,

Like I mentioned on the Obama thread about the Client with a Full doc Loan with 780 Fico with 30 months reserves and 10% down getting declined by the lender on a second. How do you spell OUCH!!!

Let me tell you if the Feds keep this up we will all be scrambling to find not only another career but you might want to consider updating your passports.

The Feds have to get their acts together quick or you are going to see a lot more fall out IMHO. This Mortgage issue has to be adressed ASAP!!! Its time they get their heads out of the sand and take the necessary actions to get our financial world back on stable ground!
