I definitely think this is an improvement. Somehow it makes it easier to see the past posts more quickly. Hey - can you maybe add the REALTORŪ symbol to make it easier to use that word here? Just an idea.
I like this color scheme, I think the orange really pops with the blue - of course I love orange with lots of things because I think it's a cheerful color.
