I have a small handful of clients that keep delaying paying for their advertising. I'm trying to determine the best method of handling these deadbeats.
- Just remove them and their listing from our site.
- Replace the listing pages with another that states "This listing is not being displayed because the account is under suspension"
- Hire a collection agency to harass the payment out of them.
I would prefer a method that gets the agent to pay their bill without hurting their current clients. I don't like the idea of a home seller losing out on a sale because of a financial issue between us and the agent.
Any suggestions??
