I would like to request a site review, but mainly I am interested in your opinion on the effectiveness of the interlinking of all the pages for maximum distribution of link juice accross the website.

I have a custom IDX in which the individual search pages get indexed by google
it is unfortunate that a local competitor seems to have more domain authority than I do
and so the towns we go head to head in, her IDX search pages are being indexed and mine are supplemental
Further, for most of the search terms, my local pages such at
Madison NJ Real Estate are ranking first page in googles index, but my main site will rank second page of googles index
It is great that my local pages are doing well, but it would be even better if my main page would rank as well.
On some of the PR tools that are free my main site shows a PR3 verses the local competitor shows a PR2 so the competitors site having more domain authority kind of seems strange to me.
What are your thoughts and recomendations???
