Great points HHI Gulf Guy.

I really have issues with both but admit that I have played only a little with each. But enough to avoid both IMHO.

The lack of IDX integration stops me from using EZ Realty.

In monitoring OR I believe there is not as much effort made for ease of updating as there should be and often any coding that you use or modify becomes obsolete or orphaned all to often.

It could well be though that I have just not delved into either system enough to fully understand them.
