I’m surprised you have not tapped into that.
I like presentations during Orientations for both the Local Boards and the Larger Agencies. Many of your larger Agencies require an orientation to a new office even if they have been in the business for decades.
Whether becoming a new REALTOR® or a new Agent in an office orientations are fertile ground for vendors due to that fact everyone there is looking for a better way to conduct business.
FWI – Real Estate schools also allow vendors to make presentations.
