I think gift baskets are a good idea for Agents and recommend that our Agents do things like that.
Sharon is the best at that kind of thing. She takes a basket to the homeowners about a week or two after the purchase. She has a high rate of repeat business and it is attributable to things she does like this.
As far as marketing to Agents here are my suggestions:
a) Make an appointment with the Broker in larger offices. Ask if samples, flyers and business cards can be left in the break room for the Agents to see.
b) Almost every agency has a bulletin board for the Agents. Post flyers on the Agent Bulletin Board.
c) Go to the local Board of REALTORS®. Get permission to post your flyers on their Bulletin Boards.
d) Get permission from the local Board of REALTORS® to make presentations in their weekly or monthly meetings. Also attempt to make a presentation to Agents becoming REALTORS® during their orientation classes.
