good information Jared, when looking at things like that, I start to think about how so many Realtors hire a SEO thinking that they can do this for 6 months or a year and then they don't have to do much after that but go to the bank. These are the ones who over time can be out worked, and of course they don't learn much so they have to start paying for SEO again, and end up addicted.
