Hitting #1 for this phrase was a fluk. My best guess is that I ranked well on the phrase because of my Cape Girardeau content. I have a few banner on the site for a garage sale / general retail site. The two together bumped wy site to the #1 postion.

As for traffic - Yes I get a lot of traffic. All based on real estate related keywords. Not including picture pages, we are getting about 1.3 million pageviews for Nov & Dec. We should hit 1.5 to 2.0 million during peak season.

P.S. we get about 1000 visitors a month from the chicago area.
