I'd say the market is still strong here, but not quite as active as previous years. We've been very fortunate that the discount/limited service brokers have not moved in yet but that's going to change soon I'm sure. Actually may be relocating to Atlanta later this year so I hope that market is/will remain strong.
How's the team working out?
