I will say that one of my clients is about to post a set of guidelines for potential clients based upon their commitment and timing. She gets a ton of inquiries and leads, and wants to weed out the window shoppers.
She's actually a BIC, so any leads that don't meet her criteria will be farmed off to one of the agents in the office. That way if it does cash in she still gets a piece of the pie.
