I would think that most walk ins are more casual shoppers ("Hey honey, why don't we stop in...") and are willing to go through the buyer's agreement spiel and sign the paperwork. And what agent wants to spend time showing people homes without a signed agreement?
Then again, it's a slow market right now. Can anyone afford to take a chance on missing out on a sale?
